Formerly carpeted stairs. Replace carpet with Bruce hardwood flooring , Treads, risers, skirts and skirt topper. Stained and varnished skirt topper to match factory finish. I also did the floors in the living room, den & hallway.

Custom built porch stairs. Walkway was raised, so I built these with a landing to compensate for the change in rise but not the run. Newel post are site fabricated and hollow, so then slid over treated post that were concreted into the ground before walkway was poured. They're ROCK solid, yet have no finish grade lumber below ground where it can rot. Treads are composite decking for wear resistance and maintenance, the rest is hand-picked Redwood.
